Diplomatic efforts with The Crownship of Sa. Kaheshi

The Ka-Vidar believe that Crownship of Sa. Kaheshi does not see them in a harsh light and would like to start a diplomatic effort to start a trade arrangement to help the economy and science of both nations  

(I know the crownship hates them but the Ka-Vidar don't)
