They currently control Naktura, continental, 15 billions as well as Endcha, oceanic 1 billion.

There has been a small population boom within the Stratocracy and more people have moved to the colonies. Naktura remains at a 15 billion population but Endcha has increased to 1.5 billion and Amakla has already 2 million colonists despite it's youth.
