Should I start Anew?
I Have found that my original Idea Was Untimely Unfun due to every one being religious and milliteraly weak in comparison so I might start a new one that has Been Better Planed and Some thing I like. Or is it too late to restart
(sorry No Idea where to put this)

I would say yes, however I have no say in the matter, consult Zuko Darkborn.
Re: Should I start Anew?
I do understand the problem, but I don't think everyone needs to be similar. The problem comes down to the lack of players. Perhaps you could rather attack "AI" nations?
About the religious thingy, there are already exceptions (Crownship of Sa), and it is pretty boring if everyone is religious.
If you want to continue with the current one, you could follow the xenophile aspect of your race in regards to us, and attack others (perhaps we can even do it together?) If you want to start anew, you can, but I don't think you have to. I must just say, I somewhat hope there will develop some larger conflict between us players at some point, and at this point, you aren't alone as a military power. The Great Realm of R'Lyeh (Caspoi) seems to have a small fleet with good technology, the Domain of Kreazi (me) is building up their power (including rebuilding the Divine Ark), the Crownship of Sa has a mediocre defensive military, and lastly, the Awakened Dreaming Clans seem to excel in military tactics and experience, which can prove useful after they gain some time to develop.
I think the problem was that you attacked a one-planet civilization that just started, without much justification. In addition, there were some confusion related to the coup in your government. I encourage you to continue with the current one if you want.

Re: Should I start Anew?
Zuko Darkborn, you forgot in your military assessment the hordes of Kha'ni preachers to bore them to death.
